The vision of the Tampa Bay LGBT Chamber is to empower LGBT and equality-minded professionals within our business community.

The Tampa Bay Diversity Chamber of Commerce (formerly the Tampa Bay Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and the Tampa Bay Business Guild) began over 30 years ago to provide an environment for business owners and local organizations to build an alternative community based on shared goals, friendship, and trust. 

We serve the entirety of Tampa Bay, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and as far north as Tarpon Springs. In addition to this web site, we host various activities including semi-monthly networking dinner meetings, social mixers, and an annual awards banquet, The Diamonds In Diversity. We also have an online business directory and a bi-annual magazine distributed throughout the Tampa Bay area.
