Bella Prana Collective

The Collective has been serving our community for over a decade. We seek truth through the ancient practices of yoga and meditation gifted to us by the ancestors of South Asia and yogis all over the world. We geek out over that knowledge through workshops and trainings, and freak out over any chance to celebrate each other as we are. We believe that wellness shouldn’t be a luxury, that wholeness cannot exist without equity, and that every person deserves access to healing experiences. It doesn’t matter who you are, how you identify, where you are from, what you do or who you love.

Paddling For Veterans

Paddling for Veterans is a non profit (awaiting 501C3 approval from IRS). We help take out all veterans, active duty service members and first responders kayaking. If you or a family member would like to go kayaking please reach out and schedule a trip. We are located about an hour north of Tampa. At the present time we offer either 5 or 10 mile kayak trips (2 hour or 4 hour trips).

Located in South Seminole Heights, and around the world online. Here, Y’All means All. We’re mighty glad to meet you, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, immigration status, religion, neurodiversity, or disability.

Our Weekly Programs: Baptiste Power Yoga, Beginner Yoga, and Gentle Yoga: Yin Restorative and Yoga Nidra.

Gaze Hot Yoga

Located in historic Tampa Heights, Gaze Hot Yoga is a place for all human beings to move their bodies in a way that promotes optimal health, greater strength, increased flexibility, and improved mental acuity.  All classes are conducted in a heated room, and are based on the Ghosh/Bikram Tradition of Hatha Yoga postures.
 

Body20 South Tampa

Body20 Studio EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) mimics the natural action of our central nervous system, sending electrical impulses to contract our deep muscle fibers. In just a 20-minute training session, your personal trainer will put you through a customized 1 on 1 program, giving your body over 150 times more muscle contractions than a conventional workout.
