We offer raw goat milk, cow milk, goat milk cheese, cow milk ricotta, goat milk kefir. We sell grass fed beef, lamb, and goat meat. Glades Ridge Goat Dairy offers all of our products to the Gainesville and Jacksonville area through local farmer's markets. We have unpasteurized whole goat milk and Chevre and Fromage Blanc cheese, Kefir, Yogurt, Goat Milk Fudge (Dark Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Strawberry, Blueberry Pomegranate, and White Chocolate Cranberry Pistachio), and White and Dark Chocolate Goat Cheese Truffles. Our fruit and vegetable selection includes plums, Asian pears, plums, Roselle, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, and onions. All of our raw dairy products are labeled "Not for Human Consumption" according to Florida regulation.
