A second-generation Floridian, Jennifer Springfield, Realtor®, has her Bachelor’s degree and Law degree from the University of Florida, and has lived in the Gainesville area for more than 30 years, but grew up in Palm Beach County. Her husband Emory, a Gainesville native, has operated his own law firm for more than 25 years. They have two adult sons - Blaise and Frazier. 
Jennifer spent her entire legal career handling a wide range of real property related matters, then obtained her real estate license in March 2016, and just completed the Florida REALTORS® Graduate Realtor Institute.  She is ready to put her knowledge to work for you in partnership with Cari Trapp, Realtor® at Thomas Group Realty.  Cari is a native of North Carolina and is working on obtaining her Broker’s license.
Jennifer and Cari specialize in providing expert, exceptional assistance to those who are looking to relocate and/or downsize (Baby Boomers) and first-time home buyers (Millennials), including condominiums, as well as working with investors looking to buy and sell residential and commercial properties, including vacant land.
