Diversitas is a boutique consulting firm founded in 2018 by Irwin Drucker. Irwin has had a long history of LBGT activism in the business community, beginning in 1999, when Irwin was named the first Director of LGBT Supplier Diversity at IBM (in fact, Irwin was the first person at ANY Fortune 500 to have that job title and set of responsibilities).  
Launched in 2018, Diversitas offers a range of consulting and business services to certified diverse-owned businesses, in order to help them achieve their maximum potential, including Business Development (setting and implementing short and long-term business strategies, access to a vast network of decision-makers in Corporate America, and guidance in responding to Corporate RFPs), Procurement (establishing a strategic sourcing plan), Supplier Diversity (setting up and/or refining an existing program), Corporate Social Responsibility (establishing and implementing programs around Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion, and Corporate Philanthropy), and Compliance.
