Led by owner Sharon Carole and Executive Chef Christopher Covelli, this historic Mediterranean-style building has been re-designed into an eclectic dining space while retaining the character and integrity of the original Sarasota Times Newspaper building. Sage features a multi-level dining room with a vintage-style cocktail bar, 3400 sq. ft. of private event space and a covered rooftop lounge with 360° views of downtown Sarasota.
The menu is seasonal and globally inspired, combining fresh ingredients and cooking styles from around the world. The aim is to provide a healthy, upscale dining experience for their guests.
The culinary team at Sage is highly skilled in a variety of cooking styles and techniques. Every dish is handmade, incorporating the freshest ingredients available with the unique flavors and cooking styles of many different countries. With a focus on seasonality, the dining experience will vary with each visit.
